Description

The Army Contracting Agency, Northern Region, Dugway Proving Ground Directorate of Contracting, Utah (hereinafter referred to as the Government), is requesting quotations(W911S6-06-T-0028) for annual preventive maintenance and emergency repair and vi sits required for Ling Vibration System, model 4022, located at Carr Facility, building's 3131 and 3133, Dugway Proving Ground, Dugway, Utah. This requirement is for a time-and-materials type contract for a one-year (12 month) base period, and four (4) on e-year (12 month) options periods. A full statement of work for the required services is provided within the solicitation document. This requirement is set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 334515 (500 employees). The solicitation will be available on or around 10 Mar 2006 through the Army's Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and through the U.S. Army Contracting Agency - Dugway Proving Ground website at https://dugway.army.mil/CONTRACTING/procurem ent/solicitations.htm (NOTE: When accessing either the ASFI of the Dugway Proving Ground website, make sure the address begins with https, not http, to gain access to the secure web server.
