Description

Amendment 01 is hereby issued to incorporate questions and answers, revised Statement of Work, and to extend the closing date to 2006 MAR 07 2:00PM. Contractor shall provide Analytical Testing and Reclamation of Refrigerant R-11 for 112 cylinders/quantity of 179,500 lbs. The contractor shall transport Government furnished cylinders, marked as containing refrigerant R-11, from DDRV, Richmond, VA., weigh cylinders, sample and analyze the refrigerant in accordance with Air Conditioning and Refrigerant Institute (ARI) Standard 700; provide a detailed report of findings; segregate the cylinders at the Government's direction in accordance with the results on the report; reclaim material identified as meeting refrigerant chemical purity 99.5% in accordance with ARI Standard 700 to remove physical impurities; package reclaimed R-11 in Government furnished 1000 pound water capacity cylinders; certify packaged R-11 meets all requirements of ARI Standard 700; and ship the filled and empty cylinders to DDRV. All work shall be performed at the contractor's facility or one of the designated laboratories. Work will be accomplished in three distinct segments/line items. The solicitation will contain a detailed Statement of Work to be performed under this requirement.
