Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Spokane Research Laboratory (SRL) intends to negotiate with MTS Systems Corporation, Eden Prairie, MN to procure Model 505.30 SilentFlo HPU, 285 Distribution Manifold, and cabling to existing TSIIs (2) and TSII Classic. The agency is unaware of any other contractor capable of supplying these required supplies. Firms that believe that they can provide the required supplies are encouraged to identify themselves and give written documentation to the Contracting Officer within 15 days from the date of this synopsis. All information received shall be considered by the agency. A determination not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. If the agency determines to compete this requirement, a RFQ will be issued solely to the responders of this notice and a subsequent presolicitation notice will not be issued. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award of a federal contract. Vendors may register at www.ccr.gov. Please address all inquiries to Denise L.
