Description: The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) is issuing a Purchase Order (PO) with Just Care, Inc. to extend current services under contract, MS-00-P-0032, by an additional 2 months. This PO is on a sole source basis and is being done solely to give the USMS additional time to complete the full and open competition for a replacement contractor to the current contract. This PO is to extend inpatient care of federal prisoners (mainly from the District of South Carolina). These prisoners are both pretrial and convicted prisioners with significant medical issues.
