Description

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 to Syndetix, Inc. in Las Cruces, NM (Note 22). This effort includes the technica l, analytical, advisory, and management support required to meet the requirements of the 4th Space Company (4SC), 1st Space Battalion (1SB), 1st Space Brigade, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT). Th is includes program control support; management analysis; advisory and assistance support; engineering support; technical review and analysis; education and training support; technical operation and maintenance of the Space Integrated Ground Suite (SIGS); design, development, fabrication, integration; operation and testing support; logistic support; and exercise and contingency deployment support.
