Description

The U. S. Geological Survey, Center for Coastal and Watershed Study, FL intends to make award on a sole source basis, to SNewton Seating Company, Inc., Jacksonville, FL for the purchase of three Concept Fume Hoods. This purchase of Fisher Hamilton Hoods will insure compatibility with the existing system as well as allow for interchangeability of parts when and if required. Fisher Hamiton lab benches and sinks will be installed in the near future and these hoods can be seamlessly incorporated into the new layour of the lab. This award will be made on or about March 6, 2006 under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000.00. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 423490. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No additional synopsis will be published. See note 1.
