Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a service contract prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation number,N00259-06-T-0027 is issued as a request for quotation(RFQ).The North American Industry Classification System(NAICS)Code for this acquisition is 621339, Size: $6M.This procurement is a small purchase,small business set aside solicitation.Any contractors interested please email jgjuarez@nmcsd.med.navy.mil for a copy of the Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide CLIN 0001: Registered Nurses for service in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit(PICU),period of performance from 13 March 06 thru 30 Sept 06.The following FAR and DFAR clauses and provisions are applicable and will be incorporated into the solicitation by reference,and will be available in full text upon request.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-08.FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (SEP 1999); 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS(JAN 2004)must be completed and submitted along with the proposal,a copy can be obtained by contacting the Contract Specialist,Jose G.
