Description: The objective of the solicitation is to award a contract for web-based courseware to support the Army's e-Learning program which is managed by the Program Mamager, Distance Learning System (DLS), Newport News, VA. The Army e-Learning Program provide s free training for every active Army, National Guard, Reservist, ROTC Cadet and Department of Army Civilian with access to web-based information technology, business, leadership, and personal development courses. The resulting contract will be for the enh ancement and improvement of the quality of the current course library and for the expansion of the range of course offerings currently available to students.
