Description
SOURCES SOUGHT This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a request for proposal, The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE)on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense( Networks and Information Integration) seeks interested sources to perform un der an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), multiple award contracts for the Command and Control Research Program (CCRP). For more information about the CCRPs initiatives and publications can be found at www.DoDCCRP.org. Typical Task Orders wil l be in the following areas; 1. Community Infrastructure Activities, 2. CCRP Symposia and Workshops; 3. Support to the Center of Excellence in Experimentation; 4. Command and Control (C2) Analysis; and 5. C2 Research. There is a total of twelve (12) differ ent tasks and more than one contract may be awarded per task. The period of performance is a base period of twelve (12) month plus four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The NAICS code is 541611 with a small business size standard of $6.5 million. The purpose of the sources sought is to identify available qualified small businesses. The Performance Based Work Statement is located on the CCE website at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/rfp1.asp open the document titled, Sources SoughtCCRP. Respondents are requested to submit a Capability Statement that exhibits clear and convinci ng evidence of your firms capabilities to perform the task. The capability statement is not to exceed 15 pages. The statement must provide a summary of relevant experience and knowledge that addresses the scope of the task. Respondents must submit a capab ility statement which addresses each task for which they believe they are qualified. Please submit Capability Statements by email to: marilyn.shortle@hqda.army.mil. Submittal of capability statements are due No Later Than ten (10) days after the publicatio n of this notice. This sources sought notice is for market research purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this s ources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this source s sought.
