- This Sources Sought Notice from the 119 FW (ND Air National Guard) Contracting Office is seeking qualified sources capable of engineering, designing, manufacturing, delivering and installing of a single (1 ea.) custom made L Shaped Corner Workstation that meets the requirements and abilities of the product requested and shall be compatible in form, fit and function. The workstation shop drawings currently held by the 119 FW (NDANG) are not Government property and can not be re-produced for this notice. The current design and specifications criteria of the workstation are from Teclab (Kalamazoo Technical Furniture, Inc .). Basic information referencing part numbers, color codes, sized and layout can be delivered electronically to firms responding to this notice. This is a Total Small Business Set-A-Side, The NAICS Code is: 337127 and the size standard is 500 employees. The information received as a result of this notice will be solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the NDANG not to open the requirement to open competition; based on responses to this sources sought notice is solely within the discretion of the NDANG. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this source sought notice. No solicitation documents exist. FOB: Shall be Destination to Fargo, ND 58102-1051. Delivery: 45 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Funding is not yet available for this procurement but may be secured within the fiscal year 2006. A firm-fixed contract may be awarded in FY 2006; an exact time can not be specified.
