Description

Noun: Keypad with Container, NSN 7025-01-524-8671, PN 12999112; Paladin Digital Computer Unit with Container NSN 7010-01-524-8672, PN 12999106; Paladin Display Unit-2 with Container, NSN 6130-01-524-8673, 12999108; Paladin Muzzle Velocity System wit h and without Container, NSN 5895-01-524-8674, PN 12999115 and 5985-01-522-1648, PN 12999104; and Bracket, NSN 5340-01-522-1645, PN 12999105. Estimated quantities are 47, 29, 29, 10, 24 and 24 respectively. Because techincal data is not currently availab le for adequate competition, the solicitation is sole source to Northrup Grumman. Northrup Grumman is currently fielding these items for the Army and Army National Guard retrofit program. A five year warranty will be required of the components on the sol icitation. Estimated issue date of the proposed solicitation is 17MAR2006. The solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments via the Internet at: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. The Government is under no obligatio n and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon offerers to peridically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any said amendments.
