Description

GovWorks is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC). The requirement is for the Inspection, Analysis and Report of Findings, as to the cause of Incident, to Boiler No. 1. *** The project magnitude is below $25,000. The period of performance will be 21 calendar days after issuance of award. FOB shall be DESTINATION, WRAMC, Washington, D.C.. *** This requirement is for full and open competition. The resultant award is expected to be a firm-fixed price contract. *** The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 with a small business size standard of $4.5 Million. *** The competitive RFP, RFP amendments and all questions related to this procurement will be made available via the internet at http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFP number 1406-0406-RP-61730. *** The RFP is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about March 02, 2006, and will be available via the internet at the above website. *** Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resulting contract. No written solicitation document is available, telephone requests shall not be honored and no bidders list shall be maintained. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions, in writing, via e-mail to liz.anton@mms.gov. Ensure the RFP number and project title is referenced on all correspondence.
