Description

In support of the U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility Yokosuka, Japan and the Japanese Regional Maintenance Center Yokosuka (SRF-JRMC), including its detachment’s in Sasebo, Japan and Singapore; the Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound is solicitating for web-based subscription services that provide access to technical data, information, and standards. Multiple site licenses (3 sites) are required with an estimated 186 potential users. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5. The estimated period of performance is from 11 March 2006 to 10 March 2007. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-JAN-2006).
