Description

The Army Contracting Agency,Directorate of Contracting, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, intends to contract with Leonard Wood Family Communities, LLC, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, on a sole source basis, to provide an estimated 175 unfurnished two and t hree bedroom housing units for government personnel for the period 1 March 2006 thru 31 May 2006. Leonard Wood Family Communities, LLC is the contractor for the Fort Leonard Wood Family Housing privatization and the housing units are located at Fort Leonar d Wood, Missouri. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)code is 531110 with a size standard of $5.0 mil. Any resultant contract shall be a firm fixed price contract. Any firms believing that they can provide these or equal accommodation s may submit a written response with information about their accommodations to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 18 Mar 06. The response must clearly show that their accommodations are adequate and available for this requirement without c ompromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the quality of life without causing hardship to the program.
