- SOLICITATION NUMBER: SP0570-06-R-0058 NSN: 6240-01-272-2473 | Light, Tube Assembly | P/N: 012-840160-3 / listed Manufacture is KOCH H.& Sons (99449), / this solicitation will be issued within the next week for the acquisition of supplies by means of a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation number will be SP0570-06-R-0058. The requested purchase quantity is to be 200 ea. at this time. | Also, this solicitation contains an Option for Increased Quantity. Inclusion of this provision in the contract would allow the Government to unilaterally increase the contract quantity by 100%. | The government would be permitted to exercise this option at any time after the date the contract is awarded until (20) days before the last scheduled delivery date stated in the contract. / The Government does not have in its possession sufficient technical data to purchase this item from other than the current sources. Without sufficient technical data, the Government cannot evaluate offers from other sources.
