Description: Purpose of this modification to the solicitation is to provide the following information: 1. Will MEDCOM provide an automated invoice file (preferably in ASCII text format) in addition to providing lists of vendors and their addresses with contact points? Also, will MEDCOM provide lists of credits established against vendors as an audit analysi s tool to assure that auditors do not pursue credits already entered on government records? We do not have a consolidated procurement system therefore we can not provide an automated invoice file that a contractor can run their proprietary software system against. We will provide an EXCEL sheet of the names of all the vendors we have done business with and a list of all our activities. It will be up to the winning contractor to contact the companies to determine if they have any open accounts payables o wed to an Army activity. 2. What is the MEDCOM procedure to allow the contractor to be reimbursed for offsets? The solicitation references the fact that they will pay based on credits turned in by vendors. Offsetting credits was not considered a part of the soliticaiation.
