Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to Strategic Insight Mutual Fund Research and Consulting, LLC., for the provision of on-line access to detailed mutual fund information in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a). The period of performance for this award is: one year. Four one-year options may be awarded with the base year of the contract. The SEC believes that Strategic Insight Mutual Fund Research and Consulting LLC, is the only known source that is capable of providing the required data. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this on-line data service. This is solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided.
