Description

This procurement is for the rental of 10 each mid-size sedans, 10 each seven passenger minivans, and 2 each pickup trucks in accordance with the requirements listed in the solicitation for a period of 45 days. The delivery schedule is as follows: 2 each of the mid-size sedans and 2 each minivans shall be delivered on March 15, 2006 to the Naval Air Station (NAS), Key West, Florida. Subsequent deliveries to the aforementioned location are as follows: 2 minivans and 4 mid-size sedans shall be delivered March 17, 2006; and 2 pick-up trucks, 4 mid-size sedans, and 6 minivans shall be delivered Mar 18, 2006. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action will be unrestricted. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532111. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to be eligible for award. The government reserves the right to evaluate and give evaluation credit for proposed features that exceed either the stated thresholds or objectives. The lowest price offeror may not necessarily receive the award; likewise, the highest rated technically rated offer may not necessarily receive the award.
