- YPG06031000450, NSN 3439-01-407-6566, Welding Powder, Metallic Overlay, in accordance with Sulzer Metco, Inc., Cage 01FK3, Part Number Metco 204-NS, which are 12.5 LB containers. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This is an unrestricted procurement. This item is commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price contract for a base quantity of 800 CO. The solicitation will include an option for a 100% quantity increase for an additional quantity of 800 CO. FOB destination, Inspection/Acceptance destination. Requested delivery is 30 DARO. Supplies will be shipped to Tracy, CA. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about March 21, 2006 and close on or about April 21, 2006.
