Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor will supply 4,700 helmet bags with ROTC patch sewn on the opposite side as the pocket. In the soliciation is the description and picture of the patch. Also supplied will be 1,300 Camelbacks. The vendor must submit a preproduction sample to t he point of contact. Specifications are described in the attached statement of work.
