Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT FROM THE RESULTS OF THIS NOTICE. The US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), The Pentagon, on behalf of the US Army Family Housing Division, Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation (ASCIM), DAMO-ODG, is conducting a market survey in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.001 to determine the extent of Small Business particip ation and capability to perform a requirement for providing technical assistance in developing an installation-level plan in response to the growing needs for quality affordable housing for military personnel and other specified non-personal services as de termined to be necessary by ASCIM. All responsible sources are invited, at no cost to the Government, to provide technical information for a capability evaluation. The North American Industry Classification Code for this requirement is 541611, the Small Business size is $6.5 Million Dollars. Small Business contractors are encouraged to review and comment on the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which may be found at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/rfp1.asp. The proposed period of performance will be for a base period of twelve (12) months, with four (4) one-year option periods. Capability statements should include a description of your companys experience and resources to support this requirement as well as examples of your companys past perfo rmance in executing this type of work. Individual responses which contain company proprietary information must be marked accordingly. Such information will not be released outside the Government. The Government may revise its acquisition strategy and so licitation requirements based upon industry response. The Government shall not be liable for any technical information identified (e.g., limited and/or restricted rights). Capability packages and/or written comments are to be submitted by 5:00 pm., Easte rn Standard Time (EST), 16 March 2006.
