Description

The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to purchase 200 Window Pane Assembly units NSN 6650-01-486-5014, a part of the AVA-2A Sensor Unit for the AN/AVA-2A (V) Laser Detecting Set under the e xisting Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract W15P7T-04-D-A604. This will be a sole source acquisition IAW FAR 6.302-1 (a) (1) with Goodrich Corporation because the government does not possess the technical data (drawings or specifi cations) completely defining the form, fit, function and test requirements of the units being procured. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal, with shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be released on or about April 20 , 2006.
