Description

Maintenance Dredging I, Hydraulic Dredging, River Mile 0.0 to River Mile 291, Illinois Waterway, and River Mile 300.0 to River Mile 615.0, Mississippi River. The anticipated contract will have a BASE YEAR and 2 Option Periods. The estimated magnit ude of the proposed procurement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Competition for this procurement is limited to all eligible SBA 8(a) Firms who can meet the requirement of the proposed work, and who are serviced by Illinois; Indiana; Michigan; Minnesota; Wisconsin; Ohio; Missouri; and Iowa SBA District Offices. Interested 8(a) Firms may obtain a Request for Proposal package including Plans and Specifications at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Paper copies and/or CD-ROM copies of this procu rement will not be provided by the Government. The apparent successful SBA 8(a) Firm must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. No contract award will be made to an SBA 8(a) Firm until this requirement is met. SBA 8(a) Firms not already registered in the CCR database are highly encouraged to do so, prior to submitting a proposal, via the following World-Wide-Web Internet address: http://www.ccr.gov. The North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS) code for this procurement is 237990 (previously 234990). The Small Business Size Standard is $18.5 Million. Arrangements for inspecting the project site(s) and Technical questions regarding the Scope of Work will be stated in the Solicitation when available.
