- ** MODIFICATION TO AMEND THE DELINEATED AREA AND SQUARE FOOTAGE ** The General Services Administration seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 2,241 rentable sq. ft in the Highland Industrial Park and East Camden, Arkansas within the following designated area: The boundaries are the City Limits of East Camden, Arkansas and the Highland Industrial Park (Hwy 274). The space should yield between 1,804 to 2,070 BOMA usable sq. ft. The space must be contiguous and located on no more than a single floor. On-site secured parking for eight (8) vehicles is required and availability for eighteen (18) parking spaces within two (2) blocks of the building. The space will need adequate telecom service to support T1 line. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than March 10, 2006, and should include the following information: street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
