Description: This notice is for information only. The Department of Defense Education Activity intends to synopsize and subsequently award a Requirements contract for secondary foreign language instructional materials for Levels 1-4, AP Levels 5 & 6, and Heritage Speaker curriculum programs for Japanese, Korean, and Spanish. The total period of performance with be five years from the date of award that will consist of a base period and four option periods. The requirement will be solicited using FAR Part 12, commercial item procedures. This is not a solicitation notice, therefore vendors should not submit formal proposals until the request for proposal solicitation is posted to this website. The projected timeframe for the synopsis is March/April 2006.
