Description: The contractor shall develop a program of instruction(POI) for training Special Operations Team(SOT-A) members the tactics, techniques, and procedures for collecting and exploiting sophisticated signals using specified non TO&E equipment issued to the Signal intelligence(Sigint) and Electronic Warfare(EW) collection teams assigned to the Special Forces Groups. The POI will be the deliverable that will remain with the US Army Special Forces Command. Some travel(Conus/OConus) may be involved to train the various special operations forces teams.
