- The Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command, Twentynine Palms, CA currently has a requirement for a Religious Program Music Coordinator (RPMC). This is a firm fixed price, 100% small business set-aside synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.207, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice and the solicitation. General requirements for this position state the Religious Program Music Coordinator shall plan, provide and coordinate Protestant musical support, Roman Catholic music support and other music support. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-07. The estimated date of the solicitation date is on or about 10 March 2004 on the Navy Electronic Commerce On-line (NECO) web link below. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 711130. The Federal Supply Class for this order is R499. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this order is 8661. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating is DO-S10. Note: The completed provision at FAR 52.212-3 must accompany bid submittal. All responsible sources must submit a bid, which shall be considered for potential contract award. The period of performance will be six months (1 April 2006 ? 30 Sep 2006) with (2) option years. The contractor shall possess a Bachelor?s Degree in Music, or a Bachelor?s Degree with a music minor and more than 10 years experience as a music director, or have credits towards a Master?s Degree, including advanced courses in Music and 5 years experience as a music director. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforms to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government. In the event the awardee utilizes subcontracting it must be understood that the government does not get involved in contractor/subcontractor concerns or iss ues. Evaluation will be based on the best value to the government considering price and past performance. Quotes are due by close of business ? 1600 (4:00 PM) PT on March 24, 2006.
