- Description
- Request For Proposal (RFP) Solicitation for NSN 2840-00-157-2984, Disk, Axial Compressor, Turbine Engine, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Cage 00198, for P/N 3018312 is the only approved source. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price type contract for this item. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. The Government intends to incorporate subject PR for a qty of 25 each to an existing contract N00383-01-G-035M awarded to Pratt & Whitney Canada. Based on contract history and existing BOA, this contractor will only quote FOB at Origin. Any firm requesting a copy of this RFP will be provided a copy. Alternate offers may be considered if submitted with a complete TDP. This requirement is being procured as unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. Critical Application Item, Configuration Control Applies, This is a Navy identified Critical Safety Item (CSI), and Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Part. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Requested quantity is 25 each. Requested delivery is 101 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
