Description

The contractor shall provide complete telephone coverage via after-hours answering services utilizing a toll free telephone number for the enrolled TRICARE PRIME population of the 314th Medical Group (314th MDG), Little Rock AFB, Arkansas. The Government estimates an average of approximately 350 calls will be processed each month. After hours coverage includes: Weekdays: Monday-Thursday from 1800-0600 (6:00p.m. to 6:00a.m.) Weekends: 1800 (6:00p.m.) Friday through 0800 (8:00a.m.) Saturday; 1200(12:00p.m.) Saturday through 0600 (6:00a.m.) Monday The First Thursday of every month:1600(4:00p.m.) through 0600 (6:00a.m.) Friday All Federal Holidays: 1800(6:00p.m.) the day before through 0600(6:00a.m.) the day after the holiday. AETC Family Days/Appoved Clinic Days Off. Additional and/or changes to coverage should be allowed 24-hours notice.
