Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Lexis Nexis, P.O. Box 7247-0376, Philadelphia, PA 19170-0376, for CIX/Index and CIS/Microfiche Combination Subscription w/Microf iche Collection. The estimated award amount is $30,654. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicab le NAICS code is 518111 and the size standard is $21.0M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solictation of offers. There will be no solicitation issued. See Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in note 22. The determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
