Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The New York Army National Guard is requesting quotes for the following item(s): 1) Simunition FX M4A1 Flattop Conversion Kit, 30 Each, 2)Simunition FX Protective Mask, 30 Each, 3)Simunition FX Protective Throat Collar, 30 Each, 4)Redman WDS Groin Protector, 30 Each, 5)Simunition FX Protective Vest (L/XL) 10 Each, 6)Simunition FX Protective Sleeves (L/XL) 10 Each, 7)Simunition FX Protective Pants (L/XL)10 Each, 8)Simunition FX Protective Glo ves (L/XL)10 Each or EQUAL FOR EACH ITEM. FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal is included in the RFQ. Delivery Location: HQ 106th RTI, Bldg 86, Camp Smith Training Site, Cortandt Manor, NY 10567-5000. FOB: Destination, Delivery Date: 30 Days after award of contract. The dollar magnitude is estimated at between $25,000 and $100,000.The solicitation incorporates the Statement of Work, terms, conditions, evaluation criteria and instructions to offerors.The solicitation may be downloaded at the website www.nationalguardcontracting.org.
