Description

To provide local telecommunication services for Federal Agencies in cities located throughout the States of Wyoming, Montana, North and South Dakota, Colorado (excluding the Denver MAA footprint-refer to Attachment 6 and Utah (excluding the Salt Lake City MAA footprint ? refer to Attachment 6, Service locations, as dictated by the needs of the Government, may be expanded or reduced over the period of the contract. Offeror?s shall provide digital and/or analog telecommunication services with capacity and capability for the Federal Government?s current and future requirements. Offerors shall design, plan, implement, provide and maintain the services described in this solicitation which they currently provide to their commercial customers. In this solicitation, offeror?s are not expected to provide services to the Federal Government that they do not provide to commercial users. However, offeror?s are required to serve locations in the state(s) where they currently sell or resell local telecommunications services using rate groups as mentioned in Section B.2. The Government Intends to award multiple contracts for the States covered by this LSA. Only offers that meet the minimum capabilities defined in Section M, M.1 and the requirements in Section C, C.2 through C.2.12 will be evaluated. Award(s) will be made based on the technical response/past performance and price. Exceptions to the excluded MAA geographical boundaries will be made if services available on this award are not provided by the MAA contract. Excluding the Denver MAA footprint-refer to Attachment 6) and Utah (excluding the Salt Lake City MAA footprint ? refer to Attachment 6 Please note NPA-NXX?s that are in the MAA service area and are split into adjoining towns or parishes that adjoin the geographical boundaries of the MAA are considered part of the MAA. Current and future NPA-NXX?s used under the MAA contract need not be priced. An attempt has been made to provide a list of current MAA NPA-NXX?s for Denver and Salt Lake City for this solicitation (Section J Attachment 6).
