Description
SOLICITATION NUMBER: SP0570-06-R-0058 The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is seeking proposals from business entities interested in participating in a solicitation for NSN: 6240-01-272-2473 - Light, Tube Assembly | The part number of the single NSN is P/N:012-840160-3 and is listed to the Manufacture Koch H. & Sons (99449),and this is a Sole Source item. / This solicitation will be issued March 20, 2006 with an estimated closing date of April 20, 2006. The solicitation number will be SP0570-06-R-0058. The requested purchase quantity is to be 200 ea. at this time and will result in a firm fixed price contract. | Also, this solicitation contains an Option for Increased Quantity. Inclusion of this provision in the contract would allow the Government to unilaterally increase the contract quantity by 100%. | The government would be permitted to exercise this option at any time after the date the contract is awarded until (20) days before the last scheduled delivery date stated in the contract. / Delivery will be to a stock location, and inspection will be at Origin. The Delivery schedule is 90 days. The evaluation of offers will utilize Best Value procedures with Past Performance and Price assigned Equal Importance. Prospective Contractors should have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability. Copies of the solicitation package can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home. At the Procurement Gateway homepage, select? Search RFP?s? from the left sidebar. Next select the RFP you wish to download. RFP are in Portable Document Format (PDF), which is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A company must be registered before it can be downloaded RFP? s. Without sufficient technical data, the Government cannot evaluate offers from other sources. Any potential alternate source must submit a complete technical data package as applicable for evaluation in accordance with DLAI 3200.1 Encl 6. If a company is not registered, it must submit a company profile. The following Numbered Notes apply to this solicitation, #12 and #22.
