- Woodland Job Corps Center - Center Physician. Adams and Associates, Inc., contracting for the Department of Labor, operates the Woodland Job Corps Center, which is a 300-student residential training facility located at 3300 Fort Meade Road, Laurel MD, 20724. We are currently soliciting requests for written quotes for on-site Medical Services as Center Physician. The schedule is 12 hours per week- Tuesdays 3:00pm ? 9:00pm and Thursdays 3:00pm ? 9:00pm. There is a small window of flexibility with the above published hours. Please reflect any requested hours that vary from the above published hours in your quote. Written quotes should include cost price per hour per scope-of-work for the following time period. Please call for copy of scope ? 1 Year: May 1, 2006 to April 30, 2007. Renewals will be awarded at the discretion of Adams and Associates. All written quotes should reference Solicitation Number: WL5YR3906CP and be submitted to Ernest Mabrey, Purchasing Agent no later than 4pm EST on Friday March 24, 2006.
