Description: Sole source solicitation to Affiliate under 38 U.S.C. 8153 to the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center, American Indian and Alaskan Native Programs for telepsychiatry (live interactive video conferencing) services to Northern Plains American Indian Veterans. The telepsychiatry delivery points are the Crow and Northern Cheyenne Indian Health Service facilities at the respective reservations. The University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center is the affiliate of the VA Eastern Colorado Healthcare System, Denver, Colorado, under 38 U.S.C. 8153 and is currently conducting this program on a grant-funded basis. As such, the UCDHSC is uniquely qualified to conduct the future program on a contract basis.
