Description

Contractor to provide A/E Services for Project 460-06-905 Tuckpointing. Services to include site investigations, cost estimates, preparation of complete construction drawings/specifications, site visits and construction period services. Project is located at 1601 Kirkwood Highway, in Wilmington, Delaware. This is a small business set aside. Firms will be evaluated on (1)Professional qualifications to perform the required services, (2) Specified experience and Technical competence in the type of work required, (3) Capacity to accomplish work in the required time frames, (4) Past record of performance on contracts with Government Agencies, (5) Location in the general geographic area of the project. Interested firms must submit form 330 Architect Engineer Qualifications by April 17, 2006. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds.
