- THE CLOSING DATE FOR THIS BAA HAS BEEN EXTEND UNTIL COB (4:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME) FRIDAY, 31 MARCH 2006. The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Directed Energy Directorate (DE) located at Kirtland AFB NM is interested in receiving proposals for two topic areas with tasks in each area. There are six technical areas under Atmospheric Compensation, Theory, and Analysis (ACTA, Topic Area 1). The ACTA 2005 program supports the Air Force efforts at AFRL/DES in adaptive optics, imaging, and related areas. Topic Area 2, Atmospheric Compensation, Theory, and Analysis Senior Personnel, (ACTA SP) supports AFRL efforts with highly seasoned, proven, skilled theoretical support, for both analysis and assistance for the government in evaluating other work, both theoretical and experimental, as well as proposing new work.
