Description
STATEMENT OF WORK FOR MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS EFFICIENCY TRAINING PURPOSE: The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to contract a consulting complny for the 86th Maintenance Group to provide Maintenance Operations Efficiency training. SCOPE: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supervision, materials, transportation, services, and resources to accomplish the requirement. REQUIREMENTS: Period of Performance is from 3 April 2006 through 26 June 2006. Contractor must provide three days of Value Stream Analysis training and 3 sets consisting of 5 days each of Rapid Improvement Events. The contractor must provide training on how to make the current operations more efficient in the 86th Maintenance Group. LOCATION: Training is required to be conducted at the 86th Maintenance Group Training Center for Excellence on Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The contractor is required to self procure transportation and accommodations. PERSONNEL: The Contractor shall be responsible for selecting personnel who are qualified to perform the required tasking. The Government shall not exercise supervisory control over contractor employees. ENTRY CONTROL: The contractor will contact the TRCO to arrange the time of arrival and entry control into the installation. The contractor will provide the names of all individuals required entry. Contractor will also provide the vehicle make, model, and license number of all vehicles required entry. The names of drivers with identification numbers from picture identification cards are also required. Picture identification cards must be presented for entry into Ramsten Air Base. TRCO must have this information no later than 27 March 2006. CANCELLATIONS: The government has the right to cnc3el this effort up to 30 days prior to set up. The contractor shall submit costs *bids) for the following: No effort. Cancel container request before POP. Full effort for period of performance (POP). Partial effort. Cancellations any time during POP i.e. 2 days after set-up, 10 days after set-up, etc as an example.
