- The U. S. Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce (PC3) in support of PEO Ammunition intends to solicit, negotiate, and award on a sole-source basis to Tele-Measurements, Inc. for relocation of the projection system and upgrade of current equipment in the PEO Main Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Bldg 171, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. This combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a firm fixed price award. Commercial warranty requirements apply to this acquisition that is consistent with customary commercial practices.
