- The US Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) plans to award a 100% small business set-aside for a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Requirements type contract for the procurement of repair/spare parts for fielde d Tactical Operations Centers (TOC's) equipment. The systems these parts support are as follows: S-787 Rigid Wall Shelter (RWS), S-832 RWS, S-842 RWS, MK 2727 installation kit, MK 2780 installation kit, M 1068 tracked vehicle installation kit, and the M29 54 installation kit. Solicitation W15P7T-06-R-N211 is for various Spare Part Items supporting TOC's and will be issued on or about 24 March 2006. The Government does possess drawings for the items listed on the attached parts list (please visit the IBOP li sting for this synopsis in order to access the parts list). Delivery Orders will be issued against the basic contract. Items ordered on each Delivery Order are to be delivered 60 days after receipt of order and will be packaged in accordance with best co mmercial practices for domestic and international shipping. All items ordered will be shipped to Tobyhanna Army Depot. All parts shall be warranted against any defect in material or workmanship. The US Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Manageme nt Command (C-E LCMC) has established the Army Single Face to Industry Interactive Business Opportunities Page (ASFI/IBOP) Website to allow electronic transmittal of Requests For Proposals (RFPs). All interested parties in doing business with C-E LCMC are invited to access, operate, send, and receive information from the ASFI/IBOP at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil.
