- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Casa Grande, Arizona The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 1,841 rentable square feet, yielding 1,505 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet in Casa Grande, Arizona. The building must be located within the city limits of Casa Grande, Arizona. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 31, 2006. The offered space must be first class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government's general and specific requirements, including, but not limited to: Space must be contiguous and located above grade level. Seven (7) reserved, secured parking spaces. Space for a mobile storage unit outside of the normal office space.
