Description

NAICS Code 484210. Work includes, but is not limited to: provide office relocation services for the U.S. Attorney?s Office from Shriver Square, 230 S. Phillips Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD to the Courthouse Square Building, 12th Street and 1st Avenue, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The approximate size of the existing office is 36,000 SF. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Performance of the work requirements under this contract is expected to begin on or about April 26, 2006. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued March 21, 2006, with offers due on April 5, 2006. Anticipated award date is April 7, 2006. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be made available electronically at the FedBizOpps website on the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading documents. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the site for the release of the solicitation and amendments, if any. A limited number of paper copies of the solicitation will be made available. Requests for paper copies must be made in writing to the Contracting Officer at PO Box 19, Aberdeen, SD 57402. Fax requests will be accepted at 605-226-7305. This procurement is being set aside for small business, see Numbered Note 1. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended.
