Description: The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is hosting an Industry Forum to familiarize the private development sector with an opportunity for responding to Request for Proposals to lease and develop a 12.36 acre parcel at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), Houston, Texas. Development of the real estate will be completed under VA_s enhanced use lease authority granted under 38 USC ?? 8161-8169. The forum is scheduled for March 23, 2006, 4th Floor Auditorium, Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, Houston, TX. Registration will be open from 12:00noon until 1:00pm. The forum will be conducted from 1:00pm until 3:00pm (all times CST). Forum attendees are requested to pre-register at the project web site, http://www.medebakey-eul.us.
