Description

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY (SOURCES SOUGHT) AND NOT A SOLICITATION. The Sources Sought is issued for the purpose of determining if there are at least three (3) responsible Small Business concerns capable of meeting the requirement. Interested firms must reference their 8(a), HUBZone, or Service Disability Veteran-Owned status. The Government intends to use NAICS: 811213 with a $6M Maximum Small Business Size Standard. The U.S. Air Force Academy has a requirement for services to test, repair, and maintain, approximately thirty-four (34) various athletic activity scoreboards, and approximately four (4) Academy entrance gate message displays. Interested Small Business concerns shall e-mail or fax their CAGE Code, DUNS number, a brief capability statement, and stipulate their small business status signed by a company official with authority to bind the company and verify that the company meets the above requirements. The capability statement shall not exceed two (3) pages, and must describe the company's ability to meet the above requirements. The statement shall be transmitted either by e-mail or fax to: timothy.macfarlane@usafa.af.mil or (719) 333-6608 (fax), by 4:00 p.m. MST on Thursday, March 16, 2006.
