Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for COMMERCIAL ITEMS in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition will be procured under the aut hority of FAR 6.302-1(c) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Brand name and limited source. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request For Quotati on (RFQ), W15P7T-06-Q-D433. The small size standard is for annual sales below $23,000,000 for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541511. The U.S. Army intends to procure Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) ARIS software products and maintenance to support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project at the Software Engineering Center, Fort Belvoir. This is a limited sources acquisition for the f ollowing brand name products. Offerors shall submit itemized prices along with One (1) legible copy of the appropriate software license, maintenance agreement, and Offeror Representations and Certifications  Commercial Items pursuant to FAR 52-212-3, (MA R 2005). BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government intends to make an award to the Contractor who submits the lowest, responsive quotation, and is deemed acceptable and responsible by the Contracting Officer. The Offerors must submit quotations on the full quantity identified no later than 4 p.m. EST., 27 March 2006. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to make no award under this procedure. The US Army CECOM has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitation for Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to industry.
