Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites proposals for Residence Building at the Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge located in Davis (Tucker Co.), West Virginia. This project will provide for an accessible residence, complete and ready for occupancy with all utilities. Residence shall be a single story structure containing approximately 1600 square feet gross living area, and shall include three bedrooms, two full baths, laundry/utility room, kitchen, dining room, and living room. A two car garage with finished interior is also included. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $150,000. and $250,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 236117 (SIC code is 1531). The small business size standard is $28.5 million. This procurement is set aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit offers, which shall be considered. Issue date will be o/a March 30, 2006. The date designated for receipt of offers is April 28, 2006. Specifications and drawings are available without charge and shall be requested in writing to; U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services, 300 Westgate Center Drive, Hadley, MA 01035-9589, Attn: Christopher Murphy.
