Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS), in support of Manchester Fuel Department (MFD), Manchester, WA, is soliciting for a 100% Small Business Set Aside for Fuel and Lube Oil Tank Calibration (Strapping) for eight (8) Fuel and Lube Oil Tanks located throughout MFD. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment and materials as required to perform the calibrations. The period of performance will begin approximately 01 April 06. Place of performance will be Manchester Fuel Department (MFD), Manchester, WA. The solicitation will be issued on or about 15 Mar 2006 with a closing date of 20 Mar 2006. Proposed contract to be procured using commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and all subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
