Description

The United States Government will host a pre-proposal conference to be held on March 30, 2006 at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time at the following location: Andrew Jackson Conference Room in the Warren Hood Building; located on 200 South President Street, in Downtown Jackson, Mississippi. Attendance is not required to participate in the solicitation; however, it is encouraged. PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE PURPOSE: The purpose of the conference will be to exchange information to improve the understanding of the Government?s requirements and industry capabilities, thereby allowing potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government?s requirements. Also, to enhance the Government?s ability to obtain quality construction services, at a reasonable price, increase efficiency in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, negotiation and contract award. The Government encourages all offerors to provide their questions in advance of the conference; the answers will be provided at the conference to all participants. Project location: Jackson, MS.
