Description

Assembly, Propulsion Base for the M90 LVOSS Grenade. The assembly consists of the outer and inner, contact plate, propulsion base, electric match, bushing. The technical data package consists of the following: Dwg. 13-19-114; QAP13-19-114, Dwg. 13 -19-115, QAP13-19-115, Dwg. 13-19-159, Dwg. 13-19-159, Dwg. 13-19-814; PL13-19-814; Dwg. 13-19-816, Dwg. 13-19-815, Dwg. 13-19-817 and Dwg. 13-19-819. Delivery shall be approximately 30 to 45 days after approval of first article. First article shall be approximately 30 days after receipt of a contract. The proposed action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and c apability to response to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete the instant acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governm ent. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
