Description
NSN: 6685-01-138-8075PR, P/N: 7053M72G01, Noun: Flame Sensor. Item Description: The flame sensor is approximately 3.5 inches in diameter and 2.3 inches high. This item contains precious metals. Flame sensor determines whether flame is present in augmentor. Engine: F110-100. Destination: FB2039. Quantity: Qty Ranges will be solicited from 34 to 85; BEQ is 68 each. Delivery: 28 Feb 2007. Qualification Requirements (QR’s): QR’s are set forth in OC-ALC Source Approval Information Booklet. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. The solicitation will contain further information on the QR requirement. This requirement is approved for release to qualified contractors as specified in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 CFR Sections 121 through 128. New/Unused Government Surplus is acceptable. New/ Unused Commercial Surplus is acceptable. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 29 Mar 06. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 27 April 2006. The anticipated award date will be 2 Jun 2006. Written and electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. This office will not mail solicitations. No telephone requests. The solicitation must be printed from FedBizOps by the contractor. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of aware in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to address concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested parties are invited to call the Ombudsman at (405) 736-3273.
